Nollywood actress launches new movie

A Lagos based nollywood actress, Ms Joy Tambou,recently launched her first maiden film movie premiere, titled, ” tattered”.
The ceremony which took place at Effurun, Delta State, was graced by some top government functionaries, royal fathers of Ijaw extraction, political leaders, nollywood actors and actresses, as well as eminent sons and daughters of Ijaw nation.
Speaking at the occasion, the Special Adviser to Delta State Governor, Hon. Innocent Akpoyibo, however maintained that the launching ceremony is significant, memorable and a welcomed development. noting that this kind of event has not happened before in Delta State, especially in Warri.
Hon. Akpoyibo however assured that as a special adviser to the state governor, he would work closely with the Governor to see how best they can assist the actress.
The Director of the movie, Mr. Gabriel Okorije, who noted that the movie which is titled Tattered is all about a story of an arrogant girl that came from a wealthy home, but love later brought her back home from the city. He stated that the movie is specifically produced to teach every arrogant persons to remain humble and respectful to everyone.
Okorije however charged young actors and actresses to be hopeful, determined, believe in themselves, work assiduously and pray so that God can take them to an enviable height.
In an interview with the journalists, Ms Joy Tambou, who disclosed that she has been in movie industry since 2011, explained that her experiences in the industry has been awesome. He added that God has always been kind and merciful to her by making provision for her. She however appreciated God for seeing her throughout in the industry till her present stage.
She however called on all youths who have real passion for the industry to remain focused and work hard and be close to God to become a fulfilled actors and actresses.
High points of the ceremony was the launching of the movie by various personalities that graced the occasion.
