A chieftain of People’s Democratic Party PDP and also Senior Special Assistant to Delta State Governor Senator Dr ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on community development, Hon Barr. Jude Fregene has said Okowa teach how to catch fish not to give fish ,the PDP chieftain Who spoke to journalists in Jesse ,Ethiope west local government Area of Delta State.
According to him one cannot talk about infrastructural development in Delta State with out mentioning the unflinching commitment of Dr ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.
He added that the devoted of the Okowa administration to the rehabilitation construction and expansion of Roads in Delta State is unprecedented, the Okowa administration has experienced on appreciable movement going by the numbers of jobs that has been created by the government.
Meanwhile another remarkable achievement of the Okowa administration is the job creation policy through STEP and YAGEPl programme that has reduced youth unemployment to a great, as it has brought sustainable means of livelihood for the teeming youth population, he advised the beneficiary to maintain the material and use the money given to them wisely to become employer’s of delta State labours.
He that the Okowa administration has helped to nurture and promote small and medium scale enterprises, the health sector is not left out as it has continued to receive priority attention from the Okowa administration.
However Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa worked assiduously to see that delta State developed that is why the educational sector under the Okowa administration has received tremendous improvement and upgrades
According to Barr. Jude Fregene the windows described governor of delta State as a husband they never had before because of empowerment he gave them. Okowa emulate the pattern of development of former governor of delta State, chief James Onanefe Ibori, he urged deltans and every community to maintain peace and unity because where there is no peace development cannot come.
